- There are no refunds on services.
- Service re-do’s must be completed once within one week of the original service date.
Retail Products
- There are no refunds on retail products, including electrical products.
- Retail products may be exchanged once within seven days of purchase date, with an original receipt, for an item of equal value.
- Nail products, make up, brushes, combs, hair extensions, and skin care products cannot be exchanged.
Electrical Products’ Warranty
- Electrical products’ warranty is 30 days at Mist Hair with an original receipt.
- After 30 days, the manufacturer can be contacted for warranty repairs.
